Avoid at all costs

Falling apart. Termite orgies in my bed. Landlord towed car from assigned parking space while I was at a conference and cost me $1200 in towing fees. Called cops for domestic violence between neighbors. Still worried that I've been breathing asbestos for 3 years due to decrepit popcorn ceiling leaving dust everywhere.

Serves Its Purpose

This complex is conveniently located in the quiet area of Mission Hills, 5 minute drive from USD's campus and 2minutes from highway 5. This location is walking distance to several Mission Hills grocers and restaurants, and Hillcrest and all the gems that neighborhood has to offer. Overall this residence is great; quiet, nicely kept (given how old it is) and clean. Current onsite management is great and very nice! Neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves.
