Love Old Town

I love my apartment! Great building and location. Management is very informative and friendly. One minor complaint is having to pay for a pool pass in the summer. It is also an older building so I do wish the amenities were updated. Other than that, it's been wonderful.

Great spot in old town!

Love living here in this great location with amazing staff and all the amenities that I need. Always 24 hour doorman up front who takes packages when the receiving office is closed. Parking on sit with 3 different options available. Descent gym with cardio and weights as well as a sauna!

Quiet and in a great location

The best part about the building is the location - across the street from Treasure Island, right by Lincoln Park and the lakeshore trail, down the street from all the Old Town bars and restaurants, and near four bus lines (Clark-22, LaSalle-156, North-72, Michigan-151) and the Brown line (Sedgwick). Apartment is nice, quiet, and I feels safe. Like the included gym although equipment is a bit out of date.

Great area and views

It's overall a nice building, not the nicest but good for a decent price. It's in a safe area and has a doorman. Even though by unit faces West I still have a really nice view. Lots of bars and restaurants right down the street and still a short walk to the el.

Beautiful Condo

I definitely have the best view of the city! Living on the top floor definitely has it's perks. However, it is a little bit expensive for a condo that is on the smaller side. But, no complaints since it's in chicago after all! There is laundry in the building and there is also a pool on the top floor. Overall, it is a fun complex to live in and one of the major perks is that it is in the city :)

Very nice neighborhood feel, peaceful, close to bars and restaurants in Lincoln park and old town. 20 min commute to feinberg via bus
I love Old Town for its amazing restaurant choices. That and it is beautiful to walk through (Old Town Triangle and side streets). It is wonderful being close to the beach and walking distance to downtown. One of the things I am not particularly fond of is the "Brotastic" atmosphere at most of the bars but it goes with the territory.
Old Town is the best neighborhood in Chicago! We are situated perfectly within all the best Chicago has to offer, everything is super close and walkable, and there is so much to do! It is a historical area where you can learn more about the city's history before the Great Chicago Fire of 1871, and also grab drinks and dinner at fun restaurants!
The neighborhood could be more secure to be honest. There have been a few times where I would not want to walk alone at night--and I'm a guy that can fend for himself. I recommend having a car or an escort instead of walking alone at night. But overall its really not bad.
There are plenty of grocery stores in the neighborhood with feasible prices for the city which is nice. Additionally, there are plenty of fast food as well as restaurants in this area and a great bar scene as well. There's always something to do.
Everything you could ever want is in walking distance; such a fun area! Parking garages nearby for car storage. Lots of restaurants and bars. Right by the zoo, the beach, the city...it's just the perfect location.
Tons of bars and restaurants, and great for anyone in their 20s to 30s. Easy to walk to hair salons, nails salons, Walgreens, and the grocery store. Also, plenty of work out classes and gym close by.
Neighborhood is great, you can't beat being right on Wells in the middle of all the action. There are several great restaurants and bars to enjoy within a short walking distance.
