It is close to campus, has decent amenities, and a responsive management team.

great place, one bedrooms don't have windows in the bedroom.

Close to campus
It gets the job done and I don't have to pay for parking. It is a luxury apartment but I don't think it has anything that special.

Great Location
Great location close to campus and walkable. Safe for those living alone. Great amenities. Management is awesome and very responsive.

Great apartment
Quiet on the neighborhood side and very safe. Really nice amenities with a rooftop and pool. Not a lot of homeless people on the walk to school, so it feels safe to be walking alone. It takes me about 15 minutes to walk to and from school. Great neighborhood surrounding the building!

Works but if overpriced
The amenities and location is great, but the maintenance and cost is absurd. My car was broken into in the garage and they have no cameras nor responded to my email. Their gates for the garages also tend to be broken making it feel significantly less secure. Paying for the location and the gym basically.

Decent place near DU
Pros: Amenities, apartments are nice, management is responsive, views are great, and location is very close to DU.
Cons: Constant building-wide maintenance issues (water damage, garage door not working, etc.), frequent loud noise late at night (12-4 am).

Walking Distance to DU
Atelier is a good apartment option if you are looking for a high-quality apartment, nice amenities, have a pet, and/or want to be able to walk to class. Additionally, many law students typically live there which is nice for the social aspect. The apartment is very nice, and the management is very responsive and helpful. The amenities are very nice
(rooftop pool, indoor pool, two workout rooms, secure mail room, big lobby). Also keep in mind that the rent price does not include extra expenses (parking, utilities, wifi, common area utilities) - these can run an extra $300-400 per month.
