Getting to be overpriced for a studio apt. great amenities though and maintenance is very good. The management company can be a bit cold but they have switched mgnt in the 5 years I have lived there and it's getting better. Still charging too much for a studio though

Reside on Surf
Reside on Surf is overall a great location. Rent is very high, but you pay for what you get. The staff is courteous, but can be a little short sometimes. The building is always clean, and maintenance is very prompt. You truly are paying for the location of this building.
