Costa Verde Apartment

Great location, fairly spacious (compared to other nearby apartment complexes), fairly good amenities at a decent price.

Great Location and Cheap

Overall, it's a pretty decent place to live. We've had some issues with the fridge and washing machine breaking down multiple times, but the maintenance team has been very responsive and quick to fix things, which I really appreciate. The location is also quite convenient — close to UTC and bus stops.
The main downsides are the lack of natural light and that the building feels a bit old.
