Sean and Brian took my deposit in full for no reason! They also entered my apartment without permission when I was in the shower even though I told them not to. And they towed my car in retaliation. Do not rent from them!

sean is a professional landlord scammer with like 50 cases in superior court, and on the news for scamming ucsd students and many others... he rented my apt w/gas leak, sdge had to turn off the gas. no stove, no working a/c, the apt was dirty, and sean scammer left all he's furniture rent / storage free in my apt, full of worms earwick bugs, the mgr sean is creepy, he was waiting for me on the first night i stayed there, he was waiting in parking lot pretending to be on the phone at 12am, he has been stalking me, checking me out w/pervert eyes, verbally harassing me after i started to complain about all these issues and gave him my notice to move out, he retaliated by giving me 3 day notice, he checks up on me all the way up to 2am on a daily, and gives me the creeeeps. he towed my car illegally from my parking space a day later i gave notice and sent him a cease and desist notice, costing me $600.00, this sean ghorbanzadeh ( Gorban ) is a criminal and will be charged with all aspects of the law for tenant mental abuse and harassment...

The landlord was a peeping tom!!!

Landlords are very dishonest. They steal people's deposits

Horrible landlords. They stole our deposit and and are very unscrupulous.

Please call UCSD Legal Department, California Department of Real Estate and San Diego Small Claims Court where they have 50+ cases where they stole peoples' deposits. It's all there in black and white.

1 min to bus top, open floor plan

Complex is in a good location, close to groceries, campus, and 5 / 805 freeways. Guest parking is extremely limited, so guests often have to park a 5-10 min walk away. Units have limited natural light but are in otherwise good condition. Mainly small landlords.

Really expensive, ok living

My neighbors and community are the best park, as well as the privacy that comes with my unit. The community is gated and most units have fairly private entrances. Spaces and landscaping is well-tended by an excellent groundsman. Includes underground parking garage. HOA and management company are terrible to deal with but that's the problem of the homeowner. Close to campus, public transit, and shopping. Pet friendly depending on landlord.
