1010 Brickell Ave- Safe and Convenient Luxury Option

Building is in a great location, just a 5 minute walk from the metro, grocery store, and plenty of restaurants and cafes. The building has incredible amenities, good lighting, and is very safe. My neighbors are friendly, and it is quiet inside our apartment almost all of the time. The rent is more expensive than most buildings in the area, and there is no communal study space in the building.
