Love Brickell But Most Students Don't Live Here

I love living in Brickell because its walkable, super fun and I can get to/from school using the metro. Biggest downside is that all of my friends at UM live by the University which can feel kinda lonely at times. 90% of the people in my class live by the university (like between Douglas Road and South Dadeland) and most people have next door neighbors that they go to classes with. Kinda feel like I missed out on that a little. Also Brickell is stupid expensive.
The apartment itself that I'm in though is genuinely top notch. Walls are really thick, everything is spotless clean, management is quick, and the amenities/ common areas are unmatched. Just look at the pictures they speak for themselves. Also, the elevator uses fingering scanners and you can only go to your own floor so its really safe. Plus Im a 2 minute walk to the Brickell metro stop. My commute to school by metro is ~30min.
