I've Never Seen Worse Management

I've been here a little under 2 years. First year, it was great. Then management changed. Since then I've had exclusively terrible experiences with them. For example:

- The front door pin stopped working. Management took 19 hours to get back to me and I had to break into my own apartment. They then called me and blamed me for not sending them a written email, after I'd called and texted their "Contact Us" number 5 and 3 times, respectively. They "reset" the pin without fixing the issue. It broke again before they replaced it.

- Their listed office isn't real. The address goes to a warehouse, with one room that has their logo taped onto a piece of paper. Nobody works from the office. I have not been able to reach people during emergencies (such as being locked out).

- The microwave's button to open broke. I sent a request for maintenance. Management flagged it as resolved without ever letting maintenance know. I sent in another request because it wasn't fixed. Management sent me an email saying the issue can't be fixed unless we replace the entire microwave, and the microwave is currently working, so it's not worth fixing.

- The dehumidifier in the hall opposite my bedroom has run out of battery and loudly beeped all night on multiple occasions. One of these was the night before a final, when it went from 10:30 pm to nearly 5:00 am. Management has been ghosting me about this issue for over a week.

- Management schedules prospective tenants for next year without consulting me, expects me to be out of the way, and has moved my belongings (nothing stolen) on multiple occasions.

- I am legally entitled to compensation for various failures and forms of blatant negligence from management. I am unable to get anyone to even respond to my texts, emails, or online requests. The one person who has responded only did so because he also was in the middle of requesting that I leave the space available for a showing. He told me he'd "inquire" and I never heard back.

This isn't even an exhaustive list. This is only what has happened in the last 3 months.

To be clear, my issues are exclusively with management being horrendous. The maintenance team has been responsive and helpful, and has been around in a way that I would expect management to be.
