Love Avalon merrick park

Absolutely love Avalon merrick park. It’s very quiet and peaceful. A few undergrad students live here but it’s mostly families and young professionals. If you have a maintenance problem they come within 24 hours. Everyone is super friendly and respectful.

Best Building in Merrick Park

The building is amazing! The property managers are so personable and truly care about each and every resident. I feel so at home!
