Great Housing Close to Campus
The house is excellent for me, as it is within walking distance of campus (I can see campus from the backyard) and I don't have a car. There is enough space for 4 of us to live comfortably. Additionally, our house has a living room and a very spacious basement for hanging out with friends.

Graduate Housing Perks
The graduate houses are very close to Farrell Hall, especially mine (a 6-7 minute walk) and you do not have to pay for a parking spot on/near campus. Also, I love that everything is included in my rent, and the maintenance workers are great. I once had to report that the light fixture in my room was not working, and it was replaced with a whole new fixture the next day by the time I got back from classes. The only drawback is that the graduate houses are fairly old, which means that fixtures may need to be repaired or overall not very modern. However, as I said before, maintenance is great!

Wake Forest Properties
Wake Properties are definitely among the closest to campus. However, you will live in a smaller home with roommates that may be further away from local complexes that house graduate students. Wake Forest's first priority is not being a landlord and that will become apparent at times during your stay. However, this has never caused a huge inconvenience.
Living close definitely beats driving to campus and dealing with the parking situation
