Aggressively average

Small apartment in an old building. Rent includes (surprisingly) fast internet. I've heard of cause for safety concerns for some residents, but never experienced anything myself—I feel safe here. (But if you are looking for a building with community feel, this is not it.) In my experience, management is very responsive and quick to fix maintenance issues. Lots options for transit: (i) location is inbetween Loyola and Morse stops on CTA Red Line; (ii) 147 and 155 bus lines have stops right on the corner; and (iii) there is a Northwestern shuttle stop nearby. Lots of nearby restaurants as well.
