Great location, good price, next to the beach, no pests!
Management is quick to respond. However, even though it is a lease violation, there are units that are smoking indoors so that travels into my unit. If you avoid top units like mine, the third floor, it should be fine. But make sure to ask about smoking on the lease so you have a fair chance to fight it should it occur and bother you.
