Cozy Little Studio

I love this cozy little studio. Big windows overlooking a tree-lined street. Street parking can easily be found within a block or so. Big closets and updated bathroom. Building is quiet and well maintained. Management company is great and very responsive.

Lots of stuff going on - from gyms to grocery. Lots of professionals, many dogs, close to park and lots of students.

Many restaurants and bars within walking distance as well as shopping. plus very safe!
i love this neighborhood. It's the perfect place for twenty somethings who are out of the Wrigleyville/Lincoln Park phase. It's a little pricey, but offers everything from entertainment to the beach.
Residential neighborhood with walk-up residences and apartments. A few houses and townhouses throughout the area. Block away from Armitage and Lincoln. Close to restaurants and parks.
Living in East Lincoln Park (Fullerton and Clark) is probably one of the most lively areas in all of Chicago. Every direction offers something new only steps away. Close to many bars, shops and restaurants along Clark St between Fullerton and Diversey. To the east is the beautiful Lincoln Park, Alfred Caldwell Lilly Pond, Lincoln Park Zoo and lake Michigan Beaches. Groceries stores are plentiful (Big Apple, Trader Joes, Walmart Express) as well as convenience stores such as Walgreen's or local bodegas. Most daily tasks can be accomplished by walking, which is nice because parking is limited and hard to come by.
I've lived in Lincoln Park for almost 3 years and absolutely love it. The area is relatively safe, there are tons of bar/restaurants, the lake is a short walk away, there are many public transit options and there's an overall energetic vibe since it's full of young professionals and new families.
Clark and Broadway streets in Lincoln Park/Lakeview have an amazing collection of shops and restaurants of many different cuisines. With the lake just 8 minutes away by foot, abundant transit options, the park, and all the restaurants its hard to imagine ever leaving the neighborhood.
This neighborhood combines the ease of the city with the feeling of a more suburban neighborhood. There are many nearby bars, restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. At the same time, there are great schools and side streets that feel very residential.
Everything you could ever want is in walking distance; such a fun area! Parking garages nearby for car storage. Lots of restaurants and bars. Right by the zoo, the beach, the city...it's just the perfect location.
