State & Chestnut is a beautiful apartment complex in the Gold Coast close to many nice restaurants and the CTA Red Line Chicago Ave stop. It has a great game room with a pool table and TV. A rooftop deck with some of the best views of downtown and a terrace on the 7 floor with grills to cookout.

State & Chestnut has been a great living experience for me and my boyfriend while looking for a place to buy. The price is pretty high, but for such a nice building it seems worth it for the short term. The amenity spaces are amazing and we have used them several times to host gatherings with friends.

Great amenities and excellent location. The staff has been very helpful in every situation possible and is also very friendly. We have dry cleaners on site with decent prices make living here very convenient. Outside terrace on 7th and 35th floor very beautiful. Gym is great, especially the events and classes that are offered to the building in the studio located inside the gym.

State & Chestnut is extremely expensive, but the location is great. There is parking that is about $500 a month, and there are dog and cat fees, but living on the Gold Coast is awesome! Living in the Gold Coast, there are so many restaurants and shops. There is always a front desk person 24/7, and there is a fitness room and a yoga studio. There is property manager on site, and the management people are usually friendly

My building is extremely conveniently located and offers brand new apartment units. There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby which creates a very socially vibrant atmosphere. There are also several grocery stores nearby which makes for easy living.

I LOVE this building! The staff is willing to cater to every need, in an extremely timely manner. The amenities are top notch and because this is a brand-new building, we have no complaints about our apartment itself. So happy to call it home!

Brand new building in the heart of the Gold Coast with incredible amenities. Incredible in-unit finishes and appliances with in unit washers and dryers, common areas with lots of space and large tvs, and gym. Management and door staff are helpful and really nice.
