Luxury Apartment, Amazing Location, 15 min walk to Hospital
Highly recommend living in this building. The location is incredible, it has a rooftop pool with one of the best views of the city, young building with people in their 20s-early 30s.

Pretty good
rent could be lower, although not bad considering the building is only 2 years old. There's no guest parking and the gym is kind of small. Also no community please printer or garbage disposal. Other than that don't really have any complaints so far.

Cool new building
The building is brand new, the maintenance team along with the door people are very friendly. The balcony windows keep breaking randomly. They say that it's within the norm for how many times they've broken, but around 5 windows have shattered randomly. It makes it nerve wrecking to have guests over, especially small children.
The location is right between the brown and red lines, with a quick walk between the two. The walls are very thick and it's rare to hear my neighbors. The only time I hear anything is usually when someone is in the hallway, or something puts something down the garbage chute.
