Nice apartment!
The environment and facilities are excellent with nice mountain view. Very pet friendly, you can often see people walking their dogs in the neighborhood. Torrey Hills Center is right next to the apartment. It has VONS, two banks, UPS and several restaurants which is so convenient. It takes about 12 minutes to drive to school without traffic, which is not very far.
