Great location

The Point is in a great location right off of miracle mile very close to campus. It is about a 10-15 minute drive to campus. Without a car it is a short trolley ride to the metro station. The building has parking, a gym, a pool, study rooms, a sun deck, a door man, and nighttime security. The building itself is modern and clean.

Coral Gables - Milagro Apt. Review

Milagro is a nice apartment complex, with great amenities and close to Miracle Mile. Love the pool and sun deck, the gym is okay. It's very clean and the appliances are in great condition. However, the parking garage is very difficult to navigate and it's about 20-25 minutes from campus in Coral Gables.

This is an ok apartment complex, it is super quiet and super convenient to Miracle Mile shops and restaurants. The parking garage is terrible to maneuver in- if you care about that kind of thing. The management is not super responsive to issues and waits until the last minute to communicate things with residents (maintenance inside apartments, excessive construction on the pool deck, repainting the parking spots so cars must be moved, closures of amenities). Over the 3 years I lived there, my rent increased $1,000 without any benefits, even understanding the housing market this is an absurd elevation. I do feel safe there.

Great Property

It's a nice place to live, it's clean and quiet and fairly priced for the amenities and location. Location is really great b/c all of downtown Coral Gables is in walking distance.

Right next door to the apartment is a Boston Market (fast food), a chipotle , a chase bank, and a Pei Wei restaurant across the street begins the true Miracle mile, complete with countless restaurants, bridal stores, and a Barnes and Noble. There are plenty of food and shopping possibilities moments from the apartment.

Coconut Grove is walking distance and we have many restaurants and stores close to us. The neighborhood is quiet and we have never encountered any issues.
