Lovely place

This is a good apartment with a great view. The management is helpful and prompt with solving issues. I was lucky to find good roommates too. It's a good price for the location, but there may be places which are about a 100 cheaper in the vicinity, if you look hard enough.

Great location

Spacious apartment with great views and location. The 146 bus is right outside and the lakefront path is across the street at Irving Park. It's a pet friendly building and there are a lot of dogs. There is a lot of closet space and shelving for storage as well as an additional storage cube. It's a great building.

Lake shore building

It's nice, although a bit old of a building. It has a very nice view of the lake, and you're a very short walking distance from Montrose Beach (around 10 mins walking). The laundry area is very clean and organized, the staff is helpful and it has a small gym.
