Good Enough
These apartments are nothing special. They're close to campus and the red line and all your amenities are included so there's no extra bills to pay (however in the new year they might start to charge for electric). The rooms are fair sized for a studio. However, not the best "bang for your buck" I'd say. I've lived here for two years and the quality of life has only slightly diminished. The only exception is when the building is being renovated, then water and electric gets turned off with only a day's notice. If you're a student, it's a good deal, but if you're making real money I'd find somewhere else.
