Eh…

777 South state could be much better. There is a loud train nearby, a frequently broken elevator, the building is not pet friendly. That said, the building is close to transit and in a touristy area, which could be a positive or a negative depending on what you are looking for. The kitchen has an awkward layout, and the shower could have better water pressure. Lastly, the swimming pool is sometimes grimy and not well cleaned. Laundry room is often crowded and requires a money card.

777 South State

The apartment itself is okay, the window blinds have been falling down since day one. The elevators are crap when the school year is in session, so don't expect to be anywhere on time. There also has been construction going on since I moved in........
