Great amenities, thin walls.

I love living here. The building staff is very responsive, and the amenities are great. New fixtures, granite countertops, sturdy appliances. The only complaint I have are the thin walls. They. Are. Thin. I can hear my upstairs neighbors walking at all hours of the night, and the neighbors on either side of me pretty much consistently. With my TV on its pretty blurred out, but the sound is the only downside to this place.

Great Living Space

I LOVE living here. Besides the recently redone apartments, the amenities and neighborhood are incredible. The outdoor patio is great in the summer, and the apartment sizes are great. The gym is always clean and is rarely in use by more than one resident at a time. The only downside - these walls are THIN. if i sleep with no noise machine or fan, i can often hear everything going on next door, in the hallways, etc.

Recent Renovation - Great Location

The Reside on North Park apartments have been a fantastic place to live. You are close to all the bars/restaurants on Wells St and a short walk to the Sedgwick Brown Line for public transportation. The maintenance staff in the building is very friendly and they are very responsive to all requests. I would recommend this apartment building to anyone looking to move into the area.

Awesome location, a little pricey

Our one bedroom apartment in Old Town is in a great location. Close to the Loop and to bars/restaurants on North/Wells. While parking is offered for a fee, we choose to park on the street - which can sometimes be tough! The apartment itself is great - updated appliances, in unit washer/dryer, etc. Great place to live!

Very nice neighborhood feel, peaceful, close to bars and restaurants in Lincoln park and old town. 20 min commute to feinberg via bus
I love Old Town for its amazing restaurant choices. That and it is beautiful to walk through (Old Town Triangle and side streets). It is wonderful being close to the beach and walking distance to downtown. One of the things I am not particularly fond of is the "Brotastic" atmosphere at most of the bars but it goes with the territory.
Old Town is the best neighborhood in Chicago! We are situated perfectly within all the best Chicago has to offer, everything is super close and walkable, and there is so much to do! It is a historical area where you can learn more about the city's history before the Great Chicago Fire of 1871, and also grab drinks and dinner at fun restaurants!
The neighborhood could be more secure to be honest. There have been a few times where I would not want to walk alone at night--and I'm a guy that can fend for himself. I recommend having a car or an escort instead of walking alone at night. But overall its really not bad.
There are plenty of grocery stores in the neighborhood with feasible prices for the city which is nice. Additionally, there are plenty of fast food as well as restaurants in this area and a great bar scene as well. There's always something to do.
Everything you could ever want is in walking distance; such a fun area! Parking garages nearby for car storage. Lots of restaurants and bars. Right by the zoo, the beach, the city...it's just the perfect location.
Tons of bars and restaurants, and great for anyone in their 20s to 30s. Easy to walk to hair salons, nails salons, Walgreens, and the grocery store. Also, plenty of work out classes and gym close by.
Neighborhood is great, you can't beat being right on Wells in the middle of all the action. There are several great restaurants and bars to enjoy within a short walking distance.
