Excellent for MBA student

I love the building, it’s 2 blocks from MPP, has connection to the pedway, the amenities are great and the stuff is great too.

I got a very good deal for my apt (I live alone)

Some other MBA students live here, which is nice too (10 approx)

As I said before, it was a challenge as an international to close a deal here. But it’s possible.

Recommendation: try to find one above floor 20, or any apartment looking to the south. Mine is in floor 12, looking to the north, and is very dark.

Park Millennium

Park Millennium is in a great location. It's super close to MPP and the Millennium Station Metra. Additionally, there are not many Boothies/students in the building, so the elevators are much faster.

This condo building is 70%+ owners and only 30% renters.

It's perfect if you want to be in the heart of everything, but also have a little bit of space to yourself.

Quiet, good location and amenities

Quiet, 3 blocks from MPP. Much less social than MPP. Cleaner, safer than MPP. Friendly staff 24/7. Units have washers and dryers. Dry cleaner in building. Nice convenience store on same block. Interior apartment quality varies because it’s a condo. My unit is a bit outdated aesthetically, but everything works fine.

Great place for social introverts!

I absolutely love Park Millennium.

It is right in between MPP/Mila/73 and the Lakeshore east communities so I you are visiting any Booth Student in the Loop you are about a 5 minute walk.

The door staff is super friendly and there is a fab entry to the elevator/building.

Park Millennium has a great pool and hot tub. The other amenities aren't beautiful, but super practical and clean

You won't hear your neighbors, but depending the floor you are on you could hear traffic (fire station is near by and the loop is the drag racing capital of America so cannot do too much about that).

You have your own dry cleaner in the building as well that is only accessible to residents

Awesome place!

My apartment is very big, I have a one bedroom, a nice kitchen, a dining table and a living room, plus a study room! It’s very good to host get togethers, and to enjoy the space however you want - I have a hammock in the living room, a drumkit, a guitar and a few other musical instruments!

Everything perfect. I love the apartment (big open kitchen). Warm Swimming pool is nice to have. Nice price for quality.

Cons: carpet floor, not much storage space.

Great Value, Not a Dorm

This building is fantastic. Good staff, clean open areas, plenty of the right amenities. It's also right in the middle of the action of the Loop and adjacent to the dog park and grocery store.

The Loop Reviews

Very secure and tranquil. Very close to public transportations. Namely millennium station which I use to ride the Metra trains to campus.
Very close to the lake and navy pier
Great park surrounded by all the buildings.
There’s good supermarket that has everything. A couple restaurants and coffee shops are also there.
Loop is central and great to get to other neighborhoods. Quick train access to Hyde Park (35min door to seat). Mostly MBA students in building
Feels like a neighborhood even though you are in the heart of the city
The Loop is great because it is so easy to get anywhere in the city! Also, we are next to many cool sights, and River North is very walkable.
Location is central to everything and with majority of students living here, hard to envision living elsewhere during Booth
Great access to stores, restaurants, and excellent transit to get anywhere in Chicago you may want to go to!
Location is good in terms of transit proximity. The loop is not a great area for food/activities but river north is very close and has grocery stores/restaurants, etc.
It’s the loop. It’s full of tourists, but all my friends live here. Trade offs are everywhere. Sooooo close to train (under rated).
