It's expensive but a great place to live. If you have a dog, the surrounding neighborhood is great for walking. The electricity is not too expensive, and the heat/AC is all electric. The management is great, in my opinion, very friendly and helpful. I wish it were closer to Ross (15 min walk), but if you have a small dog or cat, this is probably one of the better pet-friendly apartments.

Management is very accommodating and easy to work with; very little noise, good amenities like pool, gym, and common room. Highly recommended!

Best place to live in Ann Arbor for family/grad students, close to downtown and Ross, fun community events every couple of weeks, and very few undergrads. Not cheap, but you'll get the best value for your money compared to other places.

Great location close to downtown, stadium and Ross. Gym in building is great for those cold winters and busy schedule. Washer and dryer in unit is a big plus!

This is on the pricier side of housing options in Ann Arbor. However, the amenities are great and management is nice. I've had a great experience living here and have always felt safe and comfortable. Management is good with communicating to the building. Gym and lounge are great!

I've lived here for both of my years of business school. The building is brand new, and management is really responsive. The building is also very pet friendly. Overall, I've had a great experience living here. I would recommend this building to others.

Me and my wife we are very happy with our apartment. The facilities are new, modern, and very convenient. The location is great as it is close both to downtown and Ross. There is a nice community of neighbors, both from Ross and other schools. The leasing office also organizes social events (i.e. Oktoberfest) to motivate the community to know each other. The apartment is extremely nice and very complete.
