618 South Main 1BR Review
I've lived here for both of my years of business school. The building is brand new, and management is really responsive. The building is also very pet friendly. Overall, I've had a great experience living here. I would recommend this building to others.

Best apartments, highest price
1000% percent better than other single bedroom apartments at 150% of the price. A shared house is much cheaper, but if you want to live alone and in walking distance to the campus the value proposition here is strong.

Main Street Apartment
It's a 25 minute walk from campus (or a 10 minute bike ride) and it's a bit pricey. But it's got a gym, pool, hot tub, bike storage, and it's close to Main St restaurants and bars (Washtenaw dairy ice cream and donuts across the street). Plus it's dog friendly; there are a ton of other dog owners living here.

618 South Main Street
Great apartment building close to the University of Michigan campus. Amenities are good (gym and rec lounge) and it is conveniently location close to downtown Ann Arbor. Only problems I have with the place is that construction quality isn't as top notch as the price-tag.

Little space, lots of amenities
Though the studio is small, it manages to fit a lot of amenities, including a dishwasher, and washer and dryer. There's also a nice gym, pool, and recreational space for residents to use. Lots of grad students living in the building.

Expensive, but pet friendly!
We were hesitant to choose 618 South Main due to cost, but it was the only building we found in the downtown area that allowed dogs (a make or break for us). We're very happy we chose to live here: it's a great community of late 20s people (many Rossers, many dogs), and we love the location (close to Main Street shops & restaurants; 15 min walk to Ross). The management company is great and very helpful, and they organize monthly social events for the building. The common area is great for hosting small parties or studying with classmates.

Expensive but worth it
Overall this building has been great. It is a little bit far of a walk to Ross, but it is one of the best values within walking distance from Ross.

Expensive, but couldn't be happier
This is both the best and the most expensive apartment option in downtown AA. It's 50% more expensive than a traditional, in a house 1- bedroom but 400% better. Personal value will dictate whether that's a worthwhile trade off.
