New and clean, very responsive management.

Great for Ross MBAs
Nice apartments. Lot of MBA students live here. Decent gym. About 15 minute walk to Ross. Management is really nice. About 5 minute walk to Stadium and the Bus. 5-10 minute walk to restaurants on Main and Liberty streets.

Little space, lots of amenities
Though the studio is small, it manages to fit a lot of amenities, including a dishwasher, and washer and dryer. There's also a nice gym, pool, and recreational space for residents to use. Lots of grad students living in the building.

Great amenities, i.e. gym, coffee, lounge, and pool / hot tub.
Management is very responsive.
Building is brand new, and the location is close to campus + downtown.

Overall this building has been great. It is a little bit far of a walk to Ross, but it is one of the best values within walking distance from Ross.
