The District at Vinings
I love the apartment complex. The staff is very nice. Unfortunately sometimes it takes a while for the office to get back to the residents. For example, It took maintenance a month to come and fix my closet doors. But the complex has 2 lakes and is beautiful! And it does feel safe!

Poor Managment
It takes over 10 voicemails to get a hold of anyone at the property. They never call back. Also, good luck getting a referral check if you refer anyone. They will find any way to scam you.
The apartment itself is beautiful-- lofted, nice running trail around a lake. The location is also great, near bars and restaurants. Apartments are safe but old, and if you have an issue, good luck working with management. Poor storage in the apartment. The gym doesn't have anything to clean machines with, so it is dirty (which is scary with antibiotic resistant bacteria!)
