As long as you don't have a problem, management is fine.
The location is great for me, and the area is full of young professionals. The apartment itself is average; a little dated, but not horrible. Area is very safe, even though it's not gated. The only issue I have is with management--slow to take responsibility.

Riverside House Apartments
I really enjoy living here, I have lived here for the past two years. First with a roommate and now with my husband. I really love the price for the area. This are is very safe and there are beautiful trails nearby to go running or walking. It feels like everything in the metro atlanta area is only 15 to 20 mins away too!
