Awful management
They have a hidden fee for short term leases that is not disclosed until you receive the lease two weeks before moving in. Apartment building and apartment itself are great but management is awful.

Great apartment
The apartments are very spacious and have a very unique style. The location downtown is very convenient. Management is fairly fast with maintenance requests. Parking garage feels a lot safer than others in downtown W-S. It's also far enough from the train that you don't hear it (like you do at the Link IQ, Factory Lofts, or Gallery Lofts). The biggest drawbacks is that the shared space (hallways, stairs, gym) in the apartment tend to be dirty/smelly and the apartment needed a deep clean on move in. It's also slightly more expensive for the area.

Great Location
Plant 64 is located downtown and is a very nice complex. Has the ability to park in a garage if wanted, has a nice fitness center, and the apartment itself is spacious.

Quality Living at Plant 64
Thus far, my experience at Plant 64 has been enjoyable. The amenities are great and I have lots of natural light in my apartment, great for plants. There have been a couple of maintenance issues, but the staff here are very responsive and kind which makes everything better. The basketball court is a semi-unique feature that drew me to Plant 64 and I can say it is worth it every time I hoop. Overall, I think my decision to move here was fantastic.

Great! Relatively expensive but the smaller apartments are cheaper. Cool living downtown! Can take shuttle to campus!!

Love living here!
The best place to live downtown! All concrete so apartments are basically sound proof and the leasing office is very helpful

Plant 64 Review
Love everything about my apartment and the complex. The leasing office is friendly, and extremely transparent about any issues ongoing. They also send out newsletters pretty frequently about events that are happening in the area and at Plant. Only complaint is are the floors are concrete, and I wish they weren't.
