Best building in WS - Below Average Management

I have lived at the Easley as well as in a house (1L and 2L years, respectively) and this building is by far the nicest. If the property management was more organized, responsive, and just generally got a clue (although they are very nice people), I’d have no problem rating the building a 10/10. That said, I’d still choose this property over the Easley.

Awesome building, management okay

I love living here! I feel safe most of the time. The most annoying thing is that the garage is across the street, but close. The management is not always the most responsive, and the elevators break often. I live on a lower floor so it's not a big deal, though. The building is an old remodeled bank, so the apartments themselves are gorgeous and the BATHROOMS look like a bathroom in a celebrity's house! I barely have any storage for clothes unfortunately. The gym is super nice, and it's so great being close to everything downtown!
