Great Place for Students with Cars

I really like this place. 7 minutes from campus by car, 5 minutes from target. some apts have fire places, most have in unit washer-dryer.

It's very quiet complex about a 7 minute drive to Sanford. Management is pretty responsive. There's a commuter bus that goes directly to Sanford as well. However, management and the city of Durham need to do better here. There isn't a secure place to cross the street to grab the bus. Other than that, I have no complaints. This is a great place if you have a car.

Comfortable and Beautiful

I love living at Arium Pinnacle Ridge. It's a beautiful complex with trees and green space. The apartments are nice--I live in one that is updated. One of the things I love about it is that it doesn't feel like I'm living in a box. There is nothing "square" (or rectangular) about any of the rooms! It's quite a unique place. The grounds upkeep here is great and the place always looks beautiful. They have food trucks come every so often, pool parties, and other events that engage the community. They also have a dog park where I've met plenty of friendly dogs and residents. It's very quiet here--I can tell there's a good mix of graduate students and professionals here with a few families w/kids. Maintenance is always around in case there's a need. I have had a wonderful experience here and would 100% recommend this complex to friends, students, and others considering moving to this area.

Pay half the price at Arium

I've enjoyed my 1.5 years at Arium at Pinnacle Ridge. Management and maintenance are very quick to respond to requests. Rent is half of what you would pay for Berkshire 9 or other places near the student bars. The location here is very convenient to lots of restaurants, Target, The Fuqua School of Business, and the Duke Law School. Parking is easy, and they accept pets. I haven't had any security concerns here. The Durham bus stops are nearby if necessary.

Great Apt, Sad to Leave

I had to move, and honestly I spent all my time trying to find its equal. Pinnacle Ridge is great for young professionals and grad students. It's quiet, well-managed, and safe. I loved it.

Good deal, good living

The staff is incredibly helpful. It is a great deal with excellent amenities (pool, gym, etc). I feel very safe and have never had any issues with neighbors. It has excellent access to main roads, enabling quick drives to Durham, Chapel Hill, etc. I have no regrets in choosing this place, and would recommend it!

Not bad, but they keep raising the price

Even split between students and families. Has small gym space and a really nice pool area. Lots of shade and trees, animal friendly and convenient location near Target, movie theater and other shopping. My apartment has an older style in terms of cabinets and appliances, but there are different levels of "trim" since they renovate apartments individually, so modernization varies even though floor plan is the same.

Arium Pinnacle Ridge is a Good Value

My wife and I have had a good experience at Arium Pinnacle Ridge. It is quiet and safe. Management is friendly. Neighbors are respectful and either professional or graduate students (lots of Duke Law students). There are plenty of nearby residential areas to walk our dog. The amenities (pool, tennis court, and gym) are nice. Short, easy commute to Fuqua. Best of all, the price is really good. One of the only downsides is that there are hardly any other Fuqua students that live here. So, it can feel a bit separated from the Fuqua community. But, overall, I think it is a really good value.
