Rosedale

Rosedale is a cozy residential neighborhood with a homey feel. It is one of the older neighborhoods of Austin, established in the 1930s and 40s, with tree adorned streets, highly-rated schools, parks, and local businesses and restaurants. The neighbors keep the welcoming charm of Rosedale alive. It is in a convenient location as well - a few minutes drive will take residents to downtown or the University of Texas.
