Only downside is the laundry situation

Good service and convenient location. Good sunlight and facing three directions. Jewel Osco and treasure island are downstairs. Redline division is downstairs. Everything is easy to reach. People are friendly living inside and good gym summber pool and bbq.

I'm very happy to live here and I plan to stay at least another year. It's near a lot of cool stuff and my view of the city is amazing. Overall the studio has plenty of room and it's a nice unit. The elevators can be frustrating to wait for at times though. Also, there can be temperature issues in my studio when the seasons change, since we have to wait to get the heat/air adjusted.

I've loved living at Elm Street. It's a bit of an older building, but the pricing is very reasonable and the location (right next to the El) is outstanding.

The best part of this apartment is having a doorman and being super close to the redline stop, a grocery store, and multiple coffee shops. However, the amenities are not refreshed and are quite outdated (esp the gym...and the pool). Needs a refresh!

Location location location! The rooms are large and spacious and the pricing is great - which are all hard to find in this area. Definitely recommend this building! Utilities are included and there is a gym on the first floor which is a huge plus!!!!

I love my apartment. The closets are my only complaint - I'm a big shoe/clothes person, and the bedroom closet space is not great. But I love everything else! The windows and views are fantastic. Location is ideal - right next to the lake (basically) and the Old Town area.

I love my apartment, but the kitchen is a bit outdated and small. I would love it even more if the kitchen was redone with modern appliances and granite countertops. Windows are beautiful, building management/people are awesome and very friendly. Recently redone gym - sort of small but nice equipment and very clean.

In the Gold Coast, it is hard to find spacious apartments that are also reasonably priced, but Elm Street Plaza has done it! Not only are the apartments spacious, but they have beautiful views of Lake Michigan with floor to ceiling windows. Elm Street Plaza is also centrally located, with grocery stores, restaurants, bars and public transportation at your fingertips. Elm Street overall has been a great place to live!

This building is amazing, especially because of it's location. 1 block from the El, next to the grocery store and just a couple of blocks from Michigan Ave, this location cannot be beat. Management is good and usually fixes problems within a couple of days.
