Extremely Convenient
The Park Evanston is a convenient place to live for Kellogg students. It's close to many services (dry cleaners) and shops (Whole Foods, etc.) and is only a 10 minute walk from the Jacobs Center. Since the Park Evanston rents to many Kellogg students it's also a great place to meet and hangout with friends (especially in the winter months).

Great views & lots of conveniences
I really love the Park Evanston. It helps that I have an AMAZING view of Lake Michigan, as well as tons of natural light (those things make me happy). Can't beat being next door to Whole Foods, having a pretty nicely equipped gym, and being pretty close (~10 min walk) to the Jake. Only downsides are limited outside space (roof deck pool is closed in winter) and the price -- apartment isn't wildly expensive, but there are definitely less expensive places to live. But I REALLY like it here.

Park Evanston
In my opinion it is the most convenient apartment in Evanston. It is an 8 minutes walk from the university, offers printing room, cleaning service, gym, etc. Great place to live.

Spacious Apartment, Great Location
The Park Evanston is a pretty run-of-the-mill high rise apartment complex. I think its biggest selling point is its location (under 10 minute walk to campus) and its size (I have plenty of space, plus an in-unit washer-dryer). The amenities are adequate, but nothing special - there is a gym in the building, but it's very small; there is a package service; and the appliances are pretty modern. The building has been very responsive when I've had issues, as well. My biggest gripe is they charge for everything - it's $50 if you lock yourself out of your apartment! But overall, I'm pretty happy with my living situation in Evanston.

Great Building
Building is overall great. Two bedroom apartment is a great size with a roommate. Plenty of room. But must be careful about which exact unit you rent as some sides of the building or levels are different (e.g. some don't get natural light). Also two bedroom comes with a washer and dryer in unit. But management can be a little inflexxible. And the doormen have interesting set of job duties that does not include opening the door. Also the package system is a little messed up. You can only receive packages when the dry clearner is open, but there is a staff that works all day.

Spacious, good location, and large windows
The apartment's are close by to campus, are a good size with all of the amenities that you would need. The building has printing and rooms that can be booked. They also have large windows and a lot of sunlight.

Pretty good spot
Park Evanston is in a great location - a 10-12 minute walk to the Jake and right next door to Whole Foods. Traffic on Chicago Ave can be a little loud, especially with the police/firetrucks that seem to always be driving around Evanston. The building was built in 1997, so it's "modern" but not super new. As such some units have older style white appliances and plain white-Formica cabinets. Management has been ok, but not very accommodating. I plan on renewing my lease.

Nice apartment, walking distance
The location is the best, walking distance to school, downtown and the subway. The apartments are great but the landlord is a little bureaucratic. There is also a nice gym.

Cons: Long walk from the Global hub. Closest grocery store is Whole Foods, a bit of a hike to TJ's and Jewel.
