Park Evanston - worth the location
Park Evanston is the best location with incredible views. One beds don't have laundry in-unit (1.5 and above do), but it has been worth it for us. The laundry in the building is always empty, clean, and easy to use. Our apartment is only 600 sq ft, but it's laid out very efficiently and feels bigger than some of the E2 units I've seen. The gym is also great and usually pretty quiet. Been a great experience thus far!

Park Ev
Park Evanston is a great location close to everything in downtown Evanston and a very easy walk to Kellogg. The amenities in the building are great, the management is really friendly and the apartments are all recently renovated. The main issue I've experienced is that they shut off the A/C around October and because of all of the sun on the building and the lack of ability to open windows beyond a few inches cracked, certain apartments get very overheated.

Quiet, but spacious
Park Evanston is in a fantastic location (directly above a Whole Foods, 15 min walk to campus, heart of the downtown restaurants etc.) The interior of the apartments are relatively updated (all kitchen and communal areas have been redone). The bedrooms do have carpet, but it feels clean and cozy. Anything larger than a 1 bedroom has w/d in unit. Main downsides are: no garbage disposal, low shower heads (although good pressure!), and the building only houses a handful of b-school students (many are undergrad or other grad students).

Underrated Housing for Kellogg
I have always been surprised by why more Kellogg students do not live in Park Evanston. It is in a great location, good value, and newly renovated amenities including a decent gym and pool space. Most apartments are newly renovated as well.

Solid
If you're trying to live close to campus, this is a good option. Not as nice as the other high rises, but great location.

Park Evanston
Every unit in the building has been or is in the process of being renovated within the last 1-2 years, so units are very nicely updated and well-appointed. Management is very responsive and friendly. Excellent location to Kellogg, the lake, downtown Evanston, and Whole Foods. Rooftop pool and party room has some of the best views in Evanston.

Downtown Evanston Reviews
Cons: Long walk from the Global hub. Closest grocery store is Whole Foods, a bit of a hike to TJ's and Jewel.
