Great location, decent complex
First the good: The complex is in a great location, right by river & trails, close to mall and highway access, and is priced competitively. Maintenance crew is quick and polite. Management is decent to work with (although I had to fight to get wire shelving installed in my laundry room). Nice clubhouse & pool. Now the not so good: units are old and still seem dated even though "updated". Updates are cheaply done. No wifi at clubhouse, even though this has been requested again and again. The bathroom in clubhouse gym is disgusting. Gates are always broken although they just were replaced. However, I would still recommend this complex.
