Next Apartments in River North
Love living in this location - it's close enough to school that the commute is a quick bus ride or 20 min walk, but still gives some distance from Streeterville.
It has great amenities and is quite spacious for typical River North apartments.

Great place in River North!
Great place in River North! The neighborhood is perfect for young adults and couples. Great amenities included in the building and the staff is very friendly. The building has great amenities and does lots of free workout classes by partnering with LulaFit and other vendors in the area!

Gorgeous building
My wife and I have been living in this building for a year now since it opened and have absolutely no complaints. The building is gorgeous and the individual units have some of the best finishes in the city! Additionally, the amenity space and the pool and grill area are just superb. The gym and yoga room are a huge plus as well. To top it all of, the management company is the best I have encountered living in the city. They are super responsive to emails and maintenance requests and they are always very accommodating to every request. Dominique, Catrell, Jenna, and Gerda are the best staff a tenant could as for! Even the concierge (Sandy & Kawan) and the maintenance staff are very passionate and great people to be around.

Great Apartment in river north/near north side
Great apartment!! Has nice views, decent amenities, great people, pets allowed, and plenty of parking (garage). We had a few problems in the beginning with a parking garage manager, but other than that, it is a great place to live. I would recommend to anyone looking to live near river north. Right by brown and purple Chicago line!
