Apartment good, but sound a problem
Overall, the unit is nice. There biggest problem is that it's a very popular block for street performers. The sound from these performers is very audible even from the 20th floor, and they play almost every day, morning til night. Amenities are fairly nice, though one of the hot tubs is never open (not much of a problem if you ask me, since the other one works). Packing in the attached garage can be a pain, as the garage is shared with the mall's valet parking. The valets won't think twice about blocking your way in/out of the garage during busy hours.

Great place
Amenities are great. Beautiful, clean building. Connected to pedway, blue line and red line. One issue is that there is a large gap between the floor and the front door, meaning you can hear everything that happens in the hallways, barking dogs, etc. Also beware of bucket drummers

Amazing Amenities
Marquee has amazing amenities and is a brand new building (built 3 years ago). The leasing office is super responsive and helpful. They offer a discount for Booth students, discounted overnight parking for guests, and a great mail room service. It is connected by pedway to MPP, subway and the train station.

Great building with lovely staff
Great amenities including pool, grills, great gym on the top floor, a nice roof deck, a dog run and dog washing room. There's an awesome rooftop hot tub but it has been having issues and I wouldn't count on it being open. The management is all really nice--no complaints (unlike some of our friends in other buildings). The Block 37 mall including blue and red CTA stations are located below the building and can be accessed without going outside. It's 2-3 blocks away from MPP/MILA/73EL where most students live -- close enough that people are happy to come over for parties/pregames and I have no problem walking home late at night from meetings. Only downside: I wish we were a bit closer to Mariano's & the Lake Shore East dog park.

The Loop Reviews
Very close to the lake and navy pier
Great park surrounded by all the buildings.
There’s good supermarket that has everything. A couple restaurants and coffee shops are also there.
That being said, if you're anywhere near State St. or the Mag mile, there's pretty much people around at any given hour. It's fun to live downtown because the streets are bustling with interesting people, sometimes there's live music on street corners and there are a lot of restaurants and shops.
