Location perks
Honestly I really love the location's proximity to both Rush and to Wicker Park. I think outside studying there is a lot more to do with fitness classes, cafes and restaurants on division. There is also a walkable target, grocery store (Marianos), and Walgreens. Anything I could want I'm able to walk to.

Luxe review- Love this place
Brand new building with a small gym, gorgeous rooftop with grills. Property is vey clean and management company throws events. Fobbed elevator for security. Appliances are all new, although sometimes the cabinets/doors feel somewhat flimsy. Overall, love this place,

Overall a good value
Everything is clean, spacious, and new. Appliances are of good quality, and the rooftop is amazing. There were some maintenance issues in the first year but this is to be expected with a newly-built building, and they were generally taken care of in a timely and responsible manner. If you value a nice big, modern space, this is worth it.
