A Fine Studio Apartment
The building is located on a nice quiet street across from a hospital. It's a well insulated building so you never really hear emergency vehicles if they drive by. The units are nice with hardwood floor throughout and a good-sized window. Kitchens are new appliances but have little counter or cabinet space. The bathrooms are in great condition but also there is little room to store things. Can never hear neighbors unless you're out in the hallway but even then its muffled.
