Great location but could use a face lift
I just moved to Chicago 3 months ago and found my apartment in an online search. Although management has been great, the elevator is often out of service, uncovered parking is over priced, and my heat-controlled apartment is always way too hot! I am happy with the way management has handled the issues i have faced so far as a tenant, but think the building needs a remodel (probably like most older buildings in the area). I will say that the location is great -- I could not be closer to restaurants and coffee shops... and the lake!

Good location
When apartment hunting, this apartment was one of my favorite due to the location, large windows overlooking the street, and its spacious floor plan. Unfortunately, after moving in, we have been frustrated with a number of issues and will likely move out as soon as the lease has ended. Management has been great, but this apartment is not for us.
