Has Character
This building has a lot of character but I don't believe it is worth the price. The landlord is responsive but the kitchen, bathrooms and AC/heating needs to be updated. It's close to the brown/purple line and there are great high ceilings. If the rent did not go up I wouldn't be as upset but I know plenty of people that pay less for updated buildings. Key is to keep searching!
