Great location and quiet community
The property is in a great location, walkable to campus, Trader Joes, Ralphs, Whole Foods, CVS, bus stop, and trolley stop. There are many units in the complex, but each unit has at most 8 apartments. There are some students but also families and retired people. The apartments are individually owned, so I can't speak to the landlords for other apartments, but the neighbors are quiet and nice and the complex is well maintained.

Good Value for Location
Overall it's a good setup. We're a few minutes away from campus but very close to the UTC mall and the 41 bus stops right at the end of the street. Split 4 ways the rent is under 700 and its pretty good value because they recently remodeled. The lack of storage space can be annoying (not much outside the bedroom closets) and the units are packed kind of close so you don't get much light if you're on the bottom floor. Overall the property is well kept and management is pretty responsive. Would have preferred a gym to a pool but there is a park with bars nearby and a 24 hr fitness at the mall.
