Great Apartment, Great Location
The apartment complex is in a great area of Hillcrest, the complex itself is very clean and well maintained. The apartment is spacious and bright, with a nice view. The complex has a very nice pool and a mini-dog park for those who have pets. There is unassigned parking on the property that fills up quickly. There is a waitlist for assigned parking and it is an additional $ 75.00 per month. I also rented additional storage as I had a lot of stuff, which is an additional $ 40.00 per month. There is also street parking outside of the complex but you must apply for permit A with the city so that you can park during the daytime. The management is very responsive to requests and I think that for the apartment quality and area, the apartment is very well priced.
