Okay place to live
The apartment is relatively old so there could be some issues with the amenities, but they have a maintenance team that can help you with no additional costs if you have any problems. The apartments are also pretty close to each other and the walls are pretty thin, so you are very likely to hear your neighbors. The good thing about this place is the location and price. Compared to other apartment complexes in the area, it is relatively cheaper. It is also very close to the school, so it is easy to either drive or take a bus to the school. Many UCSD students live here so if your friends also live here, it's easy to hang out with them (during the non-COVID time). There are some restaurants and a relatively expensive grocery store within walking distance. But you can take a bus or drive to other nearby grocery stores if you would like to in 5 minutes.

CVV for UCSD students
CVV is a very good option for UCSD students. Close to bus station and UTC. There are package lockers and you don’t need to worry about maintenance, leasing office will help.
