UHill Apartments

Uhill is the best place to live if you are Fuqua student. It is one straight road from Fuqua and takes less then 10 min door to door. It has the BEST amenities. But the best thing about the place is the management team. They really care about the residents, trowing 3-4 parties/special events per week. The place always neat and if you ever experience any issue it being fixed very fast. It is also close to many grocery stores (Haris Teether, Target, Sams Club) the only downside is that you have to get a car

Overall great neighborhood. Sometimes the leasing office can be a little hard to deal with.

Overall UHill has been a great place to live. The apartments themselves are nice and modern and there are great amenities. There was a recent break in into one of the gated parking lots and while management reimbursed everyone who’s car was damaged, i still feel like there’s more they can do to beef up our security.

Overall I would say Uhill is a fantastic place to live. The management is amazing, the location is 10 min from Duke, right next to target and Harris Teeter, very close to a lot of food, right next to O2 fitness which I can afford with student health insurance, and I feel like I'm living a luxurious life. The only downside is that we have had trouble with the cars being out in the open, however the management has been responsive to increasing security around the area.

Living at Uhill has been great. The amenities are in excellent shape.

The facilities are really nice but the services are not. The rent is exceptionally high.

Need a car to live here. New apartments, super nice inside, WiFi/TV included in package. Near a Target, Chinese Grocery store, has businesses in the parking lot (take-out, brewery, coffee, CookOut). Better value than the complexes closer to campus (trinity, lofts, flats) if you're willing to drive, as the apartments are much bougier. Super safe, lots of security cameras, key fob access to most of building, etc.

We moved here after my partner started med school at UNC. My commute to Duke is about 10 minutes, hers to UNC is about 15-20. The building is new and modern, love the murals outside. Appliances are nice and the maintenance staff are awesome and quick to respond. Internet/TV from Spectrum included. Small gym downstairs has the basics. Other parts of the business park are starting to fill up with new restaurants etc. Our two cats are happy. Would recommend.

Overall I have loved my time living at UHill. The amenities are fantastic and everything is very modern. The location is close to pretty much anything you might need.

Very new place and advanced facilities. Leasing team is responsive.
