Very nice and clean with beautiful amenities and views
My roommate and I love our place at Parkline. We get great city views, have a top-notch gym, pool, and two hosting floors, and the staff is fantastic. Significantly elevated experience over MPP! Modern design and newer amenities. Only downside is the bedrooms don't have ceiling lights (so have to use floor lamps) and it is a bit pricier.

I like the building very much. Very convenient location (5min walk to the train). Consider that some units might be noisy.

Great Apartment, a little bit noisy
Probably the newest building in the Loop. Great location (2 minutes walk to Millennium Station and right by the pink / green / brown line station). Not as chaotic as millennium park plaza and definitely much better kitchen fitting / bathroom fitting / flooring. In-unit washer/dryer in every unit which is always a plus. Just a little bit noisy if you face the CTA train track as the trains are above ground.

Modern small aparment
Parkline is a ver new building, great location and staff, although thin walls and some neighbors complain about dog barking when it's a dog friendly building.

I love Parkline. It’s a brand new building as of April 2021 and currently around 30 1Y Booth students live here and it has wonderful amenities while being right across the street from all other popular student housing options.

I’ve had a good experience so far. The building is brand new so I’m the first tenant in my unit. The amenities are good with a solid rooftop lounge with fire pits and conference rooms. There’s a separate floor with a gym, pool, hot tub, grills, dog park, ping pong tables, and pool tables. All units also have in unit washer and dryers. It’s directly across from millennium station so easy to catch the metra and also near the L so easy to catch trains to anywhere. The L does run below my window but the sounds is a non issue. The unit has a nest thermostat which is nice as well. The management has events regularly with free food and drinks.
