The Ithacan Studio

I love the ithacan! It is a brand new property that has a wonderful view of downtown Ithaca, and I can see the clocktower from my apartment! The gym is great, so easy to use in the building. The leasing team is very responsive and helpful/great location to walk to restaurants downtown.

Great place to live

The Ithacan is a great place to live, it’s very new and clean. The location is very convenient. The building is well lit and decorated with a lot or co working spaces and a nice rooftop. Apartment is really spacious too.
