Great community opps/little sunlight/very spacious

Appreciate their offers through their Care Team to connect with neighbors. No other community has connection opps in the city like this that I've found. Not a fan of no lights and fans included, including no bathroom ventilation. But great spacious indoor and outdoor patio for entertaining & brand new appliances. Like any space there are trade offs.
