Great Place to Live

I love living at The Haven at Wake! The management team is really nice and responsive, which makes living here really enjoyable. The community is also brand new, so everything is really updated and modern. I'm so excited to use the pool this summer too!

Great Pick!!

Choosing The Haven at Wake was definitely one of our best decisions! We toured a few places around the area, but The Haven offers some of the most to date homes the most amenities for a reasonable cost. The management team has always been available when needed and are efficient at completing any requests. Overall this place has been a great find!!

The Haven is an exceptional apartment complex that truly lives up to its name! From the modern amenities to the welcoming community, everything about this place makes it feel like home. The management team is responsive and friendly, always ensuring residents have a great experience. The apartments are spacious, well-maintained, and beautifully designed, with top-notch appliances and stylish finishes.

The location is also a huge plus—convenient to everything you need while still providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The on-site amenities, such as the gym, pool, and communal spaces, make living here even more enjoyable.

Great Community and Amenities!

The 3 bed 3.5 bath is awesome! There is so much space in the unit and everything is brand new! Now that it's open the clubhouse is great too with a nice gym and lots of study rooms. The Wake Line also runs through the complex which makes getting to class super easy. The staff was great in helping me with roommate matching and the application process. Excited to be a resident!

Great Budget Place

Highly recommend the Haven at Wake. Had some construction delays but overall, for $950 a month, it includes everything you need.

Not as Advertised

The project is new, so we moved in late, you can tell some of the finishing on the housing is rushed, including the paint jobs, the actual building is a little lopsided. We have had to put many maintenance requests in despite only living there for a month.

Inspection delays

The apartment complex was still being built and inspected through my lease start date, so they put my roommate and me into multiple Airbnb and hotels for about a month. Other than that, the apartment is very nice.

Property management communication is very lack luster. Apartment was built fast and cheaply.
